Cardio Kickboxing (all levels)

(11:00am to 11:45am (New Class) & 6:15pm to 7:00pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

The best overall workout you can get in one class! Incorporating the functional techniques of Muay Thai and kickboxing, you will punch, kick, elbow and knee your way to a higher level of physical fitness in a fun, beginner friendly, environment.

Children's Muay Thai/Kickboxing

(6:15pm to 7:00pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Children ages 5 and up will learn the offensive and defensive techniques of Muay Thai and Kickboxing. With a focus on increasing children’s physical fitness combined with this practical self-defense, we strive to help our students build confidence, learn self-discipline and achieve an overall healthier lifestyle.

Technique Class/Open Gym (All levels)

(6:15pm to 7:15pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

The first half hour prepares your body for Muay Thai through physical conditioning. Running, skipping, sit-ups, push-ups and squats along with strength, stretching and balance exercises will get you more than warm for the technical portion of the class. For the remaining forty five minutes we focus on improving your offensive and defensive Muay Thai technique, which includes partner work, hitting pads, sparring and clinching.
