Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate

Karate classes added Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 pm.

Taught by Sensei David Ching, Goju-Ryu karate is a traditional fighting form that trains your mind, body and spirit.

We are open for business but need to follow strict guidelines for your safety and health.
 
The class sizes will be limited to 15 people to start and you will need to register online (in advance) using your MINDBODY account. We will also have a buffer in place so the students from one class will be out before the next class starts coming in. 
 
For example, the class time online will say 5-6pm, please arrive as close to 5pm as possible, no sooner. If you can, please come changed to avoid too many people in the change rooms at the same time. The class will start between 5 and 10 minutes after the hour once everybody arrives.  The class will finish ~10min before the end of the hour to give you time to get your things together and get out of the gym. We want to make sure the students coming for the 6-7pm class can do the same and this will also give us time to do a quick clean between classes. This type of class schedule is temporary and we appreciate you guys following these guidelines, along with the ones we have posted online and at the gym.

PLEASE NOTE: if the classes are filling up quickly, we will do our best to add another class before or after to try and accommodate everyone. Please register online for the open gym times as well as these will have a 15 person max on them also.
