Introduction to Muay Thai and kickboxing. After warming up with the res of the technique class, a separate instructor will take the beginners off to the side and run them through the basics. Proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, elbows, knees and basic defense will be the focus of this class.
We have gloves you can borrow for your first class but you will be required to purchase your own hand wraps and gloves to continue on with the classes.
Teach students the necessary skills to move into the cardio class and/or technique class. If students have any questions once they move on from this class or would just like a refresher, they are always welcome to jump back into the beginners class.
