Lunch Cardio Kickboxing

Class Requirements:

  • 1 month of the beginner classes

Class Description:

Using punches, kicks, elbows and knees learned in the beginner class, participants will work with partners on the pads or on the heavy bag for a challenging 45 minute high intensity workout.

Required Gear:

  • Hand wraps
  • 16 oz gloves (male)
  • 12 oz gloves (female)
  • Shin guards are optional
