*IMPORTANT NOTE an email to info@teamsmandych.ca 30 days prior to the next billing cycle is needed to cancel all auto-renewing memberships. To participate in the auto renewing membership option a minimum of 3 consecutive billing cycles is required. If the membership is not cancelled the membership will continue to auto renew. *
5% GST will be added to all the prices above.
Monthly memberships will be paid by pre-authorized payments (VISA, MasterCard or automatic bank account withdrawal). Memberships will be billed on the 1st of the month, your initial payment will be pro-rated to reflect the amount of time left in month you sign up in. Members are required to give 30 days written notice prior to billing date to cancel their membership (e-mail to info@teamsmandych.ca).
Members monthly rate will stay the same as long as their membership is kept active and in good standing. If a member decides to return at a later date after cancelling, they will have to start paying the new monthly membership fee.
Membership includes all classes and open gym times.
